01Access
Only use your own account and the school environment you are authorised for. Keep your login details secret, secure your device and report suspected misuse immediately. The school manages roles and functional access.
02Permitted use
Use Madrassa only for legitimate education, administration and communication purposes. You may not circumvent security, access data from another school, upload harmful files, harass other users or disrupt the service.
03Content and files
You and the school remain responsible for content you post and must hold the necessary rights to it. Madrassa may block, quarantine or remove harmful or unlawful content to protect users and the service.
04Availability and updates
We maintain and secure the service with care, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, school configuration or external services may temporarily limit features. Secure app and server updates may be required to keep access.
05Payments
Where payments are available, they are processed by the indicated payment provider. A return page in the app is not proof of payment; the status registered with the school and the payment provider is decisive.
06Termination
The school or Madrassa may restrict access when the relationship ends, or in case of a security risk, misuse or legal necessity. Local sessions are then revoked. Retention and deletion follow the school’s policy, the agreement and the privacy statement.
07Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Madrassa is not liable for indirect damage, decisions made by the school, content entered by users or disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
08Contact and governing law
Questions can be sent to info@madrassa.nl. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
