More time for teaching. Less time for lists.

MadrassaHub is the app for mosques and madrassas. Attendance, Quran progress, contact with parents and the admin work: clear for everyone involved.

Sound familiar?

Attendance in an exercise book. Marks in an Excel file. Parents in four group chats. And the contributions? The treasurer keeps track of those, somewhere. MadrassaHub brings it together in one place that fits the way a madrassa works.

One Saturday, five people, the same app.

This is a day at Madrassa Al Noor. Everyone works in their own space, and yet everything connects.

  1. The register is ready before the lesson starts.

Nadia opens her class Noor · Arabic basics and taps who is there. Absent, late or left early: it’s recorded. No paper list that still needs typing up.

  2. After the Quran lesson, progress is already up to date.

For every student and every surah, the teacher records what has been memorised, what is still being practised and what needs review. A substitute knows exactly where the class stands.

    Ustadh Yusuf, hifz teacher

    Tracking hifz per student
  3. At home, a parent follows along without having to call.

Samir opens the app and sees how far Lina has come with Al-Mulk. In the same place he sees attendance, results and this week’s homework, separately for each of his children.

  4. A short message keeps contact personal.

‘Lina is reading more and more independently. Shall we discuss her new learning goals next week?’ Teacher and parent agree on a time, without sharing a private phone number.

  5. The treasurer closes the week with a clear overview.

Which families have paid this semester’s contribution, what is still outstanding and how is the campaign for new books doing? One screen, no spreadsheet.

Built for the way you teach.

General school software has no surahs, no hifz and no Arabic word lists. MadrassaHub does. Every student has their own overview of all 114 surahs, kept up to date by teachers and visible to parents at home.

Everything a madrassa needs. Nothing you don’t use.

Choose which parts each school uses. Start with attendance and parents, and expand when the team is ready.

A place in the app for everyone.

Seven roles, each with its own home screen. A parent sees their own children, a teacher their own classes and the board the whole organisation.

A good lesson starts with an overview.

Your classes, the register and every student’s progress together. Teach with the information you need, right on your phone.

Getting started
Who is MadrassaHub for?

For mosques, madrassas and Islamic education organisations, from a weekend school with three classes to an organisation with hundreds of students. You only switch on the parts you use.

Do parents and teachers need to install anything?

Everyone uses the same app for iOS and Android. What someone sees depends on their role: a parent sees their own children, a teacher their own classes. Admins and the board can also work in the browser.

We use Excel today. Do we have to enter everything again?

No. Existing lists of classes, families, teachers and members can be imported. Parents and children are linked to each other, and you resolve any doubtful matches before the import is final.

What does MadrassaHub cost?

That depends on the size of your organisation and the parts you use. After an introduction you receive a tailored proposal, with no obligation.
