From introduction to the first lesson in the app.

Switching doesn’t have to be a months-long project. We do it together, in four steps, at a pace that suits your team.

  1. Introduction

We start with your story: how many students and classes, which subjects, and how you work today.

Fill in the form or send an email. We’ll schedule a conversation at a time that suits you.

  2. Demo with a sample school

We show the app the way your staff and parents will use it.

The demo runs on a sample school with realistic data. Afterwards you receive a proposal that fits the size of your organisation.

  3. Setup

Together we prepare your environment, with the modules you want to use.

Classes, subjects and the timetable are set up. We import existing lists of families, teachers and members, so nobody has to retype everything.

  4. Invite and go

Staff get access first, then parents and students follow.

That way teachers can get used to it before parents start following along. After launch we stay available for questions and support.

Good to know.

How long until we can start?

That mostly depends on how much data needs moving over and when your team has time. We plan it together, for example around the start of a new semester.

Can we start small?

Yes. Many schools start with attendance and contact with parents, and switch on modules such as hifz, assignments or finance later.

Does it work on every phone?

The app is available for iOS and Android. Admins and the board can also work in the browser.

What language is the app in?

The mobile app is currently in Dutch. The web platform for admins and the board works in Dutch, English, French and Arabic.

What if we have questions after launch?

Get in touch through the support page or by email. Questions about role access or student data go to your own school’s admin first.
